    Register once

    Join in the Smart Engagement Companion (SEC) app with your name, phone, email, address and interests — and receive your personal member code (SEC-5001…).

    Welcome back

    Open the app, see "welcome back" with your name and SEC code, and tap Enter.

    Pick your club

    Choose from the dropdown of all active clubs. Every club has its own code — e.g. "IE-2020 – Midnight Snooker Club".

    Book your session

    Pick the day, date, start time and duration. Bringing company? Add up to 3 guests — each guest pays as another person.

    Pay & confirm

    Pay by card or PayPal and get your booking confirmation instantly.

    At the club, open My bookings, select today's booking and press Unlock — the door opens. 24/7, even with no staff around.

We're onboarding our very first clubs right now. Every club gets its own identifier — IE-1010, IE-1020, and so on — and appears in the SEC app's club dropdown, ready for members to book.

Members register once in the Smart Engagement Companion (SEC) app, pick their club from the dropdown, choose day, date, start time and duration — then pay by card or PayPal. One booking covers one person; up to 3 guests can be added, and each guest pays as another person. The booking confirmation arrives instantly, and the phone becomes the key.

Book the gym at 6 PM and a snooker session at 7:30 PM — same app, same account. Every confirmed, paid booking lands in My bookings: today, Sunday, next week — everything ahead, in one list.

Online booking opens with the SEC app launch. Clubs joining now get founding-club placement in the app from day one.
